Delivery Areas
We currently ship to:

• Saudi Arabia
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Qatar
• Bahrain
• Oman
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Time
• Kuwait: 1–2 business days
• GCC countries: 3–7 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
Shipping Rates
• Kuwait: Free delivery on orders above 10 KWD, otherwise a 2 KWD flat rate.
• GCC: Flat rate of 5 KWD per order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
Packaging
All candies are carefully sealed and packaged to protect them from humidity and temperature changes during transit.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure fast delivery, please note that customs inspections or courier delays may occasionally affect international shipping times.
